Order Cancellation

Your order is very important to us. The team at Matilyn put a great amount of time and effort into each and every proof that is created for our customers. Depending on where we are in the production process, a fee will be determined at that time. This fee is solely to cover the time, effort and work of the designer in putting your proof together. Please keep this in mind when placing your order, and remember that this policy allows our designers to be 100% dedicated to spending the time necessary to provide you with the most beautiful result possible!


Our Creative Process

You are in good hands with Matilyn. The designers at Matilyn are meticulous in detail so please be patient in their process to create the ultimate art pieces that will awe your guests and transform your space into a masterpiece. Depending on the project at hand, please allow 3-4 weeks after client approval of final artwork. Our project manager will guide you step-by-step throughout the process so that you are aware of the schedule and when all pieces will be ready for pick-up or delivery. We thank you in advance for trusting our expertise.


Our Guarantee

The success of our business is dependent on your happiness and satisfaction as a customer. If you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason, please let us know and we will do whatever we can to remedy it for you! Please note it is your responsibility to review your proof carefully for errors, typos etc. If an error was made on our part, however, we will promptly redo your order at no cost and ship it to you as soon as possible. Due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. We strive to provide top notch customer service and quality products! If there is anything we can do to improve your ordering experience, please let us know!


Advertising and Marketing

Matilyn reserves the right to use any and all products designed and produced by its staff for advertising and marketing purposes both online and in print. This includes to using customer testimonials and customer designs as product samples, in photographs and in advertisements. If a client is opposed to any aspect of his/her design being used in this manner, he/she must notify us in writing.
